Effective engineering project management pertains to specific priorities of every engineering company. A broad array of factors has impact on planning and execution of a construction process. The main influencing factors needs to be identified by a thorough analysis, in order to exploit their positive and beneficial impacts on revenues and financial portfolio of a engineering company. This particular demand has to be in focus of a engineering company management, and should lead to building site management automation and decision making algorithms employed through information based management system. Automation of management algorithms is beneficial in estimation of construction order profitability and thorough analyses of real and predicted costs.
