After more than 20 years of thermal insulation, the requirement for repair and maintenance of existing insulation structures is getting current. The main theme of the student's work is the technology of double thermal insulation as one of the possibilities of ETICS repairs with microorganisms. It is a technology that, at the same time, energetically optimizes today's thermal insulation according to requirements for year 2020. The main aim of the research is a design- to map the problem of thermal insulation structure with biocorrosion in Slovakia and to evaluate the interest in technology for repair or maintenance of such a structure. The part of the research is devoted to the design of the methodology for detecting the functionality of the double thermal insulation technology in terms of the survival and development of microorganisms in the construction.
